This art collection was conceived as an open window on the cultural expression of Puerto Ricans, on folk art and images, against the background of the Bomba. The objective is to promote and document the identity of Puerto Rico through painting and engraving, highlighting the revival of a traditional dance that has resumed its place in urban spaces, such as in the Tanca alley, in old San Juan, Puerto Rico.
